JOHO Medical Images

Joho can be used to display various types of medical information.  It is particularly useful for showing how vital medical measurements vary over time with one patient, or over a collection of patients.

We provide two sample Joho images here. Both are made from Glucometer measurements from diabetic patients who supply the images to their physicians as an aid to monitoring their diabetic control.

Type 1 Image

The first image is for a Type 1 insulin-dependent diabetic. At one glance the patient and the physician can see the pattern of testing.  In addition, the effect of changes in insulin dosage over a period of days or weeks is immediately obvious in this type of image.

Type 2 Image

The second image is for a Type 2 diabetic. The image clearly shows the improvement as a result of a change in the Glucophage dosage.

Displaying medical information is our newest area of concentration.  We particularly invite inquiries from medical professionals so that we can identify ways that Joho can be used to help patients.
